Nutrition
Nutrition -is the science that interprets
the interaction of nutrients and other
substances in food in relation to
maintenance, growth, reproduction, health
and disease of an organism. It includes
food intake, absorption, assimilation,
biosynthesis, catabolism and excretion.
Food
Food- is the element that sustain life. Food is any
substance consumed to provide nutritional support
for an organism. It is usually of plant or animal
 origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as 
carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals.
The substance is ingested by an organism and
assimilated by the organism's cells to provide energy,
maintain life, or stimulate growth.
Health
Health-is the level of functional and 
metabolic efficiency of a living organism.
Health is not only means freedom from
disease or physical pain but it is also the
complete fitness of the body.

1.Has a bright eyes and clear vision.
2.Has soft and unblemished complexion.
3.Has a shiny hair.
4.Has pinkish gums, moist lips and lesion-free
tongue.
5.Has good posture and graceful movements.
6.Has the right height and weight appropriate
to age and sex.
7. Eliminates waste regularly.
8. Active and alert.
9. Free from sickness, physical and mental
abnormality.
10. Is not under undue fatigue and emotional
stress.
11. Is attractive in appearance.
12. Has a positive outlook in life.
