Scale
A kitchen device used to measure the
weight of ingredients and other food. With
a digital weighing scale, you can easily add
your ingredients to your mixing bowl
quickly and accurately without dirtying
extra cups and dishes.

A dough thermometer helps you ensure
that you’re bulk rising and proofing at
optimal temperatures, and if not it gives
you the opportunity to make any
necessary adjustments to get premium
results.

An oven thermometer can help you test for
hot spots, and allow you to find out the ideal
position to place your food and baking sheets.
It can also tell you if you will need to flip and
move your food, or rotate your pans mid-

1. Flat beater attachment - also known as
the paddle attachment, is the most commonly
used attachment for stand mixers because it is
highly versatile and great for a wide variety
of mixing tasks in the kitchen.

2. Whisk attachment - similar to the
smaller handheld version of this tool, the
whisk attachment is best used for quickly
incorporating air into light, liquid
mixtures.

dough hook attachments are best for
kneading together bread doughs and
pizza doughs, but they can also be used

A cookie scoop is a handheld, spring-loaded

maintain product size consistency and even
baking.

cookies, sheet cakes, Swiss rolls, and pizzas.

A tart pan is a shallow pan that is round
or oblong in shape. It's commonly used to
make quiches, tarts, and pies.

A baker's peel is a shovel-like kitchen tool

unbaked pizzas, loaves of unbaked bread, and
other baked goods.

 A cooling rack (also known simply as a wire
rack) is used to allow air to circulate freely to
cool baked goods, and to prevent them
getting soggy from condensation.

materials to a hot environment. It
contains a hollow chamber and
provide a means of heating the
chamber in a controlled way.

Convection Oven
Convection oven contains fans that circulate
the air and distribute the heat rapidly
throughout the interior. Strong forced air can
distort the shape of the products made with
batter and soft dough.
