INTRODUCTION
As we still continue to battle the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, it has become very
difficult for college students to keep in touch with the faculties & professors to get their
problems solved. Earlier we had to personally visit the college and had to meet the
concerned person to get our queries solved, but the ongoing pandemic has brought a
complete halt to this approach & switching to an alternative method has become a dire need
nowadays. Also, it has become very difficult for the college management to convey any
important notice or message to all the students as all the college faculty members &
students may not be using the same messaging app. Hence to solve this issue we have
come up with an android based College Connect Chat application where all the students &
teachers can stay connected together on a single platform, thereby helping all the students
to be in constant touch with the faculties and making it possible for them to get their
problems solved in an instant. Hence, this android based application will help students to be
in contact with their fellow mates & professors all the time without being physically present
in a classroom.
MOTIVATION
The reason is to select the mega project on College Teacher Student Chat App to
learn more about how this concept work and how we can done this project at which
level. Another reason behind this project is, in this corona virus pandemic the whole
world is stopped. There is risk to go out of home and gather many people at one
place .Which is possible only because of this types of helpful apps . So, most of the
student and Teacher makes fulfil their needs through this App. So, this College
Teacher Student Chat App is useful for both .
OBJECTIVE
This system is basically a kind of forum where teachers and faculties can come
together and share their view. The Admin is the College here who is responsible to
upload all the information and updates of the college. Via Admin app you can upload
all the notices and current updates. Here the admin can edit all the information about
faculties.
College - here all the students and faculties can participate and admin can add events
and circulars.
Department – all the students and faculties can participate of the same department
can participate.
Year – all the students can participate of the same Year.
 

METHODS/TECHNOLOGIES WHICH ARE USED:

Java
Java is one of the most popular programming languages in the world, and it’s no wonder why it’s a top choice when
developing mobile applications. It's a powerful and robust server-side language and has the most completed open-source
projects by developers.
XAML
XAML stands for Extensible Application Markup Language. It's a simple and declarative language based on XML. In XAML, it
very easy to create, initialize, and set properties of objects with hierarchical relations.
FIREBASE

Firebase is a mobile and web application development platform developed by Firebase, Inc. in 2011, then acquired by Google in
2014. ... In short, Firebase is a platform that allows you to build web and mobile applications without a server-side
programming language.
