 It refers to the plan of action to be pursued and adopted by various


governments, organizations, entities involving ICT.
 It covers three main areas:
 Telecommunications (telephone)

and administrative entity of the Executive Branch of the
government that will plan, develop, and promote the national ICT
development agenda. (RA 10844)
ICT for Education (ICT4E)

 This program aims to support the efforts of the Education sector to


incorporate the use of ICT in education as well as in determining
and gaining access to the infrastructure (hardware, software,
telecommunications facilities, etc.) necessary to use and deploy
learning technologies at all educational levels.

teacher will be encouraged to use
