MECHANICS
1. Each team shall be limited to Five (5) representatives only.
2. The Math quiz bee covers Functions to Rational Functions
3. The Math bee shall have three (3) rounds: Easy Round
(2 pt), Average Round (5 pts), and Difficult Round (10 pts).
4. The Quizmaster shall read the question while the question itself will be
flashed on a screen for the contestants to see;
5. Each questions shall be read twice only with the following time limit to
answer; a. Easy Round (20-30 sec), b.
Average Round (30 sec), c.Difficult (30-60 sec)
MECHANICS
6. After the second (2nd) reading, the Quizmaster shall say “go”,
only then the participant is allowed to write their answers.
Automatically, the time-limit will begin with the word “go” by the
Quizmaster.
7. All answers must be written on the illustrations board provided for each
team. It shall be raised when the alloted time is over. Failure to do so will
be given a warning for the first offense and disqualification for second.
8. The Quizmaster shall read and verify the groups answer.
