1. Move to each menu through the Menu Bar at the top of the screen
2. Each List shows up the recent article. You can recognize it easily because system Green N Button shows the status.
3. Click the list to check the contents
4. Click the KIA Logo at the top to move to Home Screen.

1. You can find GSW manual directly with the shortcut button at main page.
2. Select manual category : Shop Manual / DTC Guide / ETM / Overhaul / SST
3. Input vehicle data : Model Category / Language / Model / Year / Engine / Search Keyword
4. Select manual that you want to find

1. Like Manual Search Button, you can go directly some menus: Tech & Quality / Community / Diagnostic Tool
2. Select the category and menu
3. Input vehicle data : Model Category / Model / Period (Limited to maximum 1 year) / Keyword
4. Show the result. If you want to check the list, click the contents.

1. Check the whole menu and move to each sub-category through the menu bar at the top of the screen
1.1) The sub-category which displays with gray triangle means you should select detailed menu
1.2) The sub-category which displays with double square icon means it connects you to other website.
2. Depending on your authority, you can only access to the restricted menus and categories

1. If you want to find specific vehicle, search the list by inputting 6 digits VIN on the search box (Both Enter/Button click are available)
2. Select VIN on the Pop-up lists. If you get cursor to the lists, the background of selected vehicle data turns into Red.

1. After you select vehicle, the system automatically displays the data ( Model ID / Model Year / Engine)
1-1) Before you view detail, check the vehicle data at the top screen once again
1-2) After linking data, the search button changes to Detail View Button
2. Click the ‘Detail View’ to see the details

1. After clicking button, the Pop-up page which included detailed vehicle data shows up.
2. Lookup the specification data of the corresponding VIN
3. If there’s other information that you want to find available information, then click Gray Tab

Shop Manual providing information for vehicle diagnosis and repair (Specifications, Procedure, Troubleshooting, SST)
1. Select Menu: Manual → Shop Manual
2. Select Fuel Type, Model, Model Year and Engine.
3. According to the selected model, Quick Link shows the detail list.

* It can take some times because some contents are linked to Video Guide.

1. While you read Shop Manual, you can find “Knowledge Feedback” Button which is at the bottom of the right side.
2. Click “Knowledge Feedback” to write down the feedback the suggestions for the contents such as contents error.
* When you click the Button, the websites gives you inquiring form with new tab.

1. Click the Menu Tree on the left to see the lower categories.
2. You can easily find your special tool for repair specific vehicle parts.

1. If you go through the SST Tab (GSW Main Page > Manual > Workshop > SST), then you directly linked to SIMS
* SIMS means Special service tool Information Management System
2. You can find special tool for your vehicle by selecting your area and vehicle code(Model Name)
3. If you click the “Excel Download” button, then the table including all of images downloaded to your PC.

ETM(Electrical Troubleshooting Manual) provides information for diagnosis and equipment for repairing electrical parts.
1. Click the menu tree on the left to see the lower categories.
2. Zoom-in and Zoom-out views are available by clicking the button at right side of the top.
3. Click various image by clicking the number button at the right side of the top (Above Zoom-in and Zoom-out Button)
4. Pop-up the new screen through click Wiring Image Button next to Number Button “6”

Wiring Repair KIT will gives you information including circuit description, schematic table of electrical components and etc.
1. By clicking the wiring image button, you can view diagram & document with new tab.
2. If you click expand icon above print button, then new tab occurs and it directly links to the ETM page.
3. You can search specific document by typing keyword next to Engine drop box.

Wiring Repair Connector Guide is special tab which integrated the information related to connectors with Web PDF format.
1. You can find what you want by click the menu tree on the left side of the page.
2. If you change drop box that can select model type, you can view other information based on ETM.

DTC(Diagnostic Trouble Code) Guide provides you information of vehicle repair according to DTC
1. Like other tabs, you can find what you want by clicking the menu tree and select the lower categories on the left side of the page.
2. DTC Guide includes information related to DTC Info, DTC Inspection, Verification of Repair etc.

Owner’s Manual provides information for customer’s safety and system features (Instructions, Specifications, Cautions, Maintenance)
1. Click the Menu Tree on the left side to see the lower categories. The category is branched by the languages.
2. The content will be displayed as Web PDF Format
3. You can save or print Owner’s Manual by click the button at the right side of the top
4. In O/M Management Tab, you can manage and edit manuals.

LTS(Labor Time Standard) gives you information of labor time for warranty and general repair ( Labor Code / Time / Parts Design)
Parts Catalog provides you information of parts that can order through MOBIS.
1. When you click the Parts Catalog Tab, then the system automatically linked to MOBIS WPC(Web Parts Catalog) websites.
2. Select Correct Model and Model Year according to the vehicle.
3. Click the image in the screen or input part number at the top

You can find video file to help technician’s understandings (Procedure, Repair tips) by clicking “Video Guide” Tab
1. Search by status on the top or inputting Model, TSB Type, Group, Language, Region… and many other options on the left.
2. Unchecked TSB List will be displayed in bold.
3. Click ‘Excel’ button to download the list.
