happens to you…. Or you BLAME
What can I do to solve the problem?

What can I do to develop myself?

How can I adapt to the changing world?

Accountability means that individuals are
responsible for their actions and maybe
asked to justify them

Responsibility means being answerable


for ones own actions

You are the CEO of your life,


work
And you are RESPONSIBLE...
You cant hire
other people to
do your push
– ups for you
OBJECTIVE –

To understand the concept of Accountability by


discussing the concept of “owning our jobs.”
To point out the difference one’s mindset between
renting and owning.
What was the purpose of doing this activity?
Does it make sense to talk about “owning our jobs”?
What can we do to help each other have more of an
ownership mindset when it comes to our work?
How do I personally feel about my job? Do I “own it”
or am I just “renting it?”
What more can I do to become an owner of my job?
Take 100 % responsibility for
your life and your results

Means – Give up all Blaming, complaining,


excuse making and saying that if the world
would be different – I would have been better
off!!

Blame and finger pointing initiate
when the problem(s) surface from
the parties involved.
People are afraid of the
future, of the unknown. If a
man faces up to it, and
takes the dare of the
future, he can have some
control over his destiny.
That’s an exciting
idea to me, better than
waiting with everybody
else to see what’s going to
happen.
