They require the lowest Possible chloride content in

the Dense Ash(0-0.2%) .TCL supplies are within limit


but variation is vary high between 0.3% - 0.8%. As per
Gold Plus,they are getting Dense Ash with a variation
in chloride content(0.3-0.8),due to which they have to
constantly keep on changing their Feed
ratio/Composition to the Furnace.
For a specific Value of Chloride,they fix their feed to
the furnace.
In case Dense Ash has the less chloride content
than expected,sand will not melt inside the
furnace and Grains will form.
And If Dense Ash has the more chloride content
than expected,White Spots in the Glass sheet Will
form.
Gold plus Complained about getting the lumpy
material in 5 - 6 trucks 5-6 months back.
We will ensure proper covering of tarpaulins for
supplies from Mithapur and also advised to take
proper care when supplies made from Roorkee depot.

 Bags to have extra rim space for hooks.


Due to Unskilled Labor the Bags need to have extra
space so that hooks can be used in lifting of bags
without damaging the bag and the Dense Ash.
Hooks are used at depot causing the damage to the
bags & material loss .
Gold Plus Discussed About the Jumbo Bags
Handling at their site. They were being told
about Jumbo Bags Handling at TCL.
Gold Plus currently has a 450TPD capacity
plant,they are setting up a new plant 700TPD
which is expected to start by Jan 2017.

To provide stacking pattern of jumbo bags


along with photographs/ Video .
Stacking pattern will be Shared by our SCM Dept. to
Gold Plus Very soon(in a Day or two).
Bill does not have the TCL Name.

There is lot of delay in receiving the Original


copy of Invoice From Chem Connect to
Distributor.
SCM Helpdesk will co ordinate with Chem connect
for the resolution
CFA to give details of LR/GR to our distributors
for Rake supplies.

There is a increase concern of Torn bags in rake


supplies & customers prefer to take material
directly from Mithapur.
Customers is asking for Orders of Minimum
- 10MT in rake.
Our agreement with CFA is of 15 MT minimum
load as trucks with 10MT capacity are not
available in market.

Unloading at wrong place -Delhi CFA.


It was brought to notice of CFA and he has
assured the same will not happen in future.
In Dispatch report please add Approx. word
before Quantity.

A Customer Demanded Bicarb in Pallets from
Trivedi & Sons(Our Distributor).
Mr Uday shared how to load bags in rakes ,
where there will be no damage.
This is noted and we have taken trial with same type
of stacking pattern.

Damage in rake are on increasing trend.


We are carrying out some experiments in this
regard. The trials are in progress . We should be
able to put a Standard procedure for loading bags
without damages.
BCNHL wagons has Sliding Doors Due to which there is
a risk of Bags getting Torn While Door opening &
Closing.

BCNHL Wagons has a capacity of 58-60MT.


BCN wagons has doors which opens outside.

BCN Wagons has a capacity of 61MT.


It was raised by many customer that TCL is
loosing its market share at Firozabad as the
credit period offered by the company is way less
than the competitors which is of 30-45 days .
Hence TCL to improve on this to regain the
market share.
Customers wanted increase in discounts.
Customer raised the concern of no direct
communication with end customers on any
aspect.
End customer said that the Distributor is not
getting any support from the principal(TCL).

TCL Personnel visit needs to be increased & TCL


employee needs to be more empowered.

Customer suggested to have a industry survey at


Firozabad for pricing / discount and credit
support which they are requesting from TCL.
Customer raised the concern on increasing in
freight price even when the diesel prices is going
down & there is no logic given for increase in
price.

Customers wanted HELP LINE - to directly


contact the plant people.

Hooks are used in depot causing the damage to


the bags & material loss. This is specially at
Kanpur & Agra Rake.
There is a increase concern of Torn bags in rake
supplies & customers prefer to take material
directly from Mithapur.
We are carrying out some experiments in this regard.
The trials are in progress . We should be able to put a
Standard procedure for loading bags without damages.

Customer rated the rake supplies from three rake


point as follows:
1/3- Delhi
2/3 Agra
3/3 Kanpur
Quality of TCNA material was low in terms of
density and is not suitable for bangle industry.

Customer raised concern on TCL Sales once the


anti dumping duty is waived off.

Customer suggested that the distributor


commission needs to increased as the current
sale is because of the personal relationship with
distributor.

Depot & Plant rate needs to same as in case of


GHCL.
Customer wants TCL to come back to them
with positive reply for the concerns raised.

To review 50 kg bags for Modification by


providing space for using hooks to avoid
damages specially at railhead and for internal
handling by the customer.
