02 - Criterion B-Help The Community

The document outlines the requirements for Criterion B of the IB Design Process, which involves developing ideas by creating design specifications, generating design concepts, selecting a final design concept, and planning the creation of the chosen solution with diagrams and outlined requirements. Key aspects include justifying design decisions, developing a range of feasible design ideas using an appropriate medium, and accurately planning the final solution. Adherence to stated criteria such as page limits, use of proper mediums, and fully justifying selections is important.

Key questions
What is a feasible idea?
Why is "annotation" important?
Possible Answers:
A feasible idea is an idea you could successfully make independently in the
given time, with your skills, and with the resources at your disposal.Practical

Annotation is vital for you to communicate the thinking behind your ideas and
how that thinking develops. This is why annotation is so important. Simply
sketching ideas will not clearly communicate them, as other people looking at
these ideas may not interpret them correctly. Think about the following
questions when writing your annotation.
