The most important element in choosing a job is finding work that you enjoy and are passionate about. While salary and benefits are important, being happy with the work itself is essential for long-term satisfaction and success. I prefer cooperating with others in a job. Working with a team allows people to support each other, share knowledge, and accomplish more than any one person could alone. It also makes the work experience more enjoyable to be able to socialize and collaborate. Being somewhat flexible is generally better than being too specialized, as it keeps more career options open. However, developing deep expertise in one area through specialization is also valuable. The ideal is to gain specialized skills but also maintain flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to

Solution discussion

You want to spend some time with your

family this weekend. Which among the
following activities would you choose:
watching TV, making dinner, or going
camping?
In my opinion, making dinner is the
most suitable option because of
following reasons:

Firstly, it’s very cheap and makes us

comfortable when cooking together.
Secondly, all family members have a
chance to talk and connect to each
other.
There are several reasons why I don’t
choose other options. Watching TV is
so boring and going camping may
make us exhausted.

In conclusion, making dinner is the

ultimate choice due to its benefits.

Dear John and Emily,

Hope you all are doing great. I cannot

express how much I enjoyed my time with
you guys. I was quite surprised to find some
of the best pictures we took during our
holiday in Beijing inside the envelope.
I guess this is the best opportunity to thank
you for a great holiday. As soon as I came
back to Danang, I was busy to prepare for
my end-of-term test which finished 2 days
ago. So I couldn’t write you earlier. I’m
sorry for that.
This is my last semester at the university
and I’ll be free for a while after that and I
would love to have you at my place. Why
don't you all come and visit me at the end
of the December? I am sure we’ll have a
great time together.
Best wishes

Do you visit your hometown often?

My hometown is not very far from

Danang so I usually visit my parents
at the weekend. I chat and share my
studying experiences during cosy
meals with them. I really enjoy that
wonderful time.
Do you prefer to live in your hometown
or in the city? Why?

I prefer to live in the city. Living in a

city makes me flexible and
independent. I have more chance to
apply to big companies that is suitable
for my major and qualification.
