Work with sprint backlog adjusting the planned work –


this emphasis on adapt
We Adapt: Sprint backlog

By doing inspect and adapt we are enforcing transparency in the daily


scrum.

In Sprint Planning meeting we analyze, evaluate and select Product
backlog item for Sprint – this emphasis on Inspect.
We Inspect: Product Backlog & Product Goal, Retrospective
Improvements, DoD.

Developers plan the work and decompose sprint backlog item


into smaller workable items – this emphasis on Adapt.
We Adapt: Sprint Goal and Sprint backlog.

Having this event brings clarification to everyone in the team


and finalize the sprint goal – this emphasis transparency.

In Sprint review we demonstrate and review the product
increment and show case what we did well/not well –
this emphasis on Inspect.
We Inspect: Usable Increment, Product Backlog and Releases.

Based on the inspect, we adjust the product backlog for what


next to be planned – this emphasis on Adapt.
We Adapt: Product Backlog

As a result, a revised product backlog and set of stories for


next sprint is emerged – this emphasis transparency.

In Sprint retrospective, we discuss on what went well during the sprint,
what problems it encountered, and how those problems were solved
and assumptions – this emphasis on Inspect.
We Inspect: Team Collaboration, Technology & Engineer, DoD.

After discussion we create a plan to implement the improvement


points which can be applied in next sprits to improve the effectiveness
– this emphasis on Adapt.
We Adapt: Actionable Improvements

As a result, As a Scrum Team we identified the improvement and implementation plan and
added in product backlog so all team members are on aware –
this emphasis transparency.
