¿What Is Personal Pronouns?

• Personal pronouns or personal pronouns


in English are used to replace nouns or
nouns within a sentence. As in Spanish, in
English these vary depending on the
grammatical person, gender and the
number of people being talked about.
• Examples :
• I, you, he, she, it, we, you, they.

¿What are Personal Pronouns in a text?

• Personal pronouns are words that replace the


subject, name or noun of the sentence and are
used to replace people, animals or things,
without having to name them. Furthermore,
they are the ones that designate the three
grammatical persons: First, who is the one who
issues the message.

possessed as occurs in Spanish and, unlike
Spanish, they cannot have the definite
article.
