Program based on NLP learning, This will help the audience to relax and rejuvenate – and
prepare them for the day ahead.
This program will have to be done in the open. Since we understand that the property does not
have a lawn, we could do around the swimming pool. The program will not cause any disturbance
to any one.
The participants are expected to come even before they have their breakfast, in as casual dress
as they can.

Primer Activity

To prime the participants to a learning mode and to reinforce the fact that while the activities can be fun,
they should be open for learning from them too.
The learning of this activity will be reflected by the participants all through the conference – even while
doing their internal strategy sessions.

To create camaraderie and team identity. This activity also helps to break paradigm and ensure that the team
defines and achieves its goal, irrespective of the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity)
world.
The learning from the activity viz., strategizing in a VUCA world is built upon qualities like creativity,
adaptability and agility – something that the team at Qualitest will find useful.

As Qualitest grows exponentially; business, departments and divisions will have to align their visions and
goals with that of the larger organization. While this might result in possible dissonance at a team level,
One should try to look at an organizational level to discover the larger consonance.
