HOUSEKEEPING

The Department is responsible for the upkeep of hotel under which comes
the guest rooms and all the public area such as lobby ,corridors, gardens. etc.
Task Performed :
1)Cleaning the bathroom completely and cleaning and making the room .
2) Putting guest supplies at the designated place in the room.
3)Cleaningthe vacuum
4) USING THE VARIOUS CLEANING AGENT FOR DIFFERENT
SURFACES .
F & B ( PRODUCTION )
Sections: :Indian, Continental, Chinese, Bakery.
Task performed : Preparation of accompaniments(Grilled
tomato potato rosti, French Fries, Mash Potato etc.)
