• THE CONCEPT OF CRITICAL THINKING
Critical thinking itself is in the educational literature for forty year. It is been described as the ability to
inquiry, to acknowledge, to examine, to reason and make judgment and decision. It’s the concept of using our
brains to understand , always doubting or not easily believing to everything around us to be a self aware
person.
Critical Thinking is a must known soft skill for life, especially for business life. We always need to be aware and
doubtful person in the industry. We need to ask, analyze, learn, manage, doubt, inquiry, discuss about our job.
We need to be better at making a judgment to impress people or make them believe us. Or we need to make sound
arguments to leave no place for doubt to other people in our field. And sometimes we need to use it to make our points
clear and use it to disagree. We must always state our reasons, inferences, conclusions. That way it is possible to get
higher positions and make people listen your commands.

and workers to work in union and may get more efficient. It may lead you to a better position at work and people are
gonna start to listen to your commands. And with more efficiency, more profit and success will come.
