• THE CONCEPT OF CRITICAL THINKING
Critical thinking itself is in the educational literature for forty year. It is been described as the ability to
inquiry, to acknowledge, to examine, to reason and make judgment and decision. It’s the concept of using our
brains to understand , always doubting or not easily believing to everything around us to be a self aware
person.

• Functions of Critical Thinking for business

Critical Thinking is a must known soft skill for life, especially for business life. We always need to be aware and
doubtful person in the industry. We need to ask, analyze, learn, manage, doubt, inquiry, discuss about our job.
We need to be better at making a judgment to impress people or make them believe us. Or we need to make sound
arguments to leave no place for doubt to other people in our field. And sometimes we need to use it to make our points
clear and use it to disagree. We must always state our reasons, inferences, conclusions. That way it is possible to get
higher positions and make people listen your commands.

and workers to work in union and may get more efficient. It may lead you to a better position at work and people are
gonna start to listen to your commands. And with more efficiency, more profit and success will come.

information. This may lead to problems and failure in the company. And for a person to be qualified for employment
they need to put their difference in critical thinking among other participants. Because it is one of the important skills
in our decade. With the power of critical thinking, a company can do great against many challenges.

BETTER QUALITY PRODUCTS AND BETTER SENSE OF FASHION , WITHOUT BIASES
THEY CAN DESIGN DIFFERENT AND SEASONAL FASHION FOR EVERY YEAR.
• AND FOR THE ACCOUNTANT WORKER, THEY MUST USE CRITICAL THINKING FOR
THEIR JOB BECAUSE IT IS IMPORTANT FOR THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH CUSTOMERS
AND THEIR OTHER COWORKERS AND BOSS.

• IT REALLY IS IMPORTANT FOR PROBLEMS AND ARGUMENTS AT WORK. WITHOUT
CRITICAL THINKING, YOU MIGHT FEEL LIKE YOU’RE LOST IN A MAZE. BUT WITH THE
ABILITY TO THINK CRITICALLY, YOU’RE EQUIPPED WITH A FLASHLIGHT AND A MAP
TO FIND YOUR WAY OUT. CRITICAL THINKING ENHANCES PROBLEM-SOLVING BY
ENABLING INDIVIDUALS TO CLEARLY DEFINE PROBLEMS, ANALYSE RELEVANT
INFORMATION, AND DEVISE EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS.
• IT ENCOURAGES EMPLOYEES TO CONSIDER VARIOUS PERSPECTIVES, CHALLENGE
ASSUMPTIONS, AND EVALUATE POTENTIAL OUTCOMES, THUS FOSTERING

• It can be seen that soft skills especially critical thinking has a important role in the normal and business
life. It becomes more remarkable these last years. It really is useful even in basic things because it
makes us more aware to everything around us. And now it is in life it really affects and improves our
ability to think and use our own brain instead of other people’s. And our age really requires this basic
soft skill unlike any other decades.
• Some big companies know and try to use it in a efficient way but it can be seen as left behind in some
countries and companies. But it is a great way to improve and become best amongst other countries and
companies.
• Even so many people who works in industry doesn’t real have that skill but for the future it is
something we cannot live with. Because our time needs us to think and inquiry everything now that we
live in a technology age.
• I think as a country which wants to improve, we really need the teach younger generations about
critical thinking and other soft skills.
• We can give lessons in school or even in companies to teach it to young people and old people in
business life. That way.
• We are still so behind about this topic amongst other countries and we must focus to improve it in the
next 5 or 10 years.
