of experience, training etc.).

 Ability of creativity and innovation, which cannot be
found in any other resources.
 Makes decisions in respect of all other resources.

Line and Staff Aspects of HRM

 All managers are HR Managers:

They all involved in activities such as recruiting, interviewing, selecting and


training.

 Line managers: have authority to issue orders to other managers and


employees.

 Staff Managers: have the right to advice other managers or employees.

 Usually they are staff managers.
