PHILOSOPHY

What is Philosophy?
Philosophy is the study of fundemental nature of
knowlegde reality, and existence, especially when considered as ab
academic discipline.

The study of theoretical basis of particular branch of


knowlegde or experience, or "the study of science".
Theology
— Philosophical theology is both a branch and form of
theology in which philosophical methods are used in
developing or analyzing theological concepts. It therefore
includes natural theology as well as philosophical
treatments of orthodox and heterodox.

Deduction
— Deduction is an argument in which the conclusion is said
to follow necessarily from the premise guidelines for logical
and valid deduction are all premises must be true. All
expressions used in the premises must be clearly and
consistently defined.
Logic
— Philosophy of logic is the area of philosophy that
studies the scope and nature of logic. It investigates the
philosophical problems raised by logic, such as the
presuppositions often implicitly at work in theories of
logic and in their application.

Induction
— In philosophy, inductive reasoning, or induction, refers to
reasoning or argumentation that aims to draw uncertain general
conclusions based on specific observations or instances by
moving from particular cases or examples to broader
generalization or theories.
Realism
— Realism philosophy is the view that an object or thing
really exist and has certain attributes, independently of
what people thinking about it.

Cosmology
— The branch of philosophy dealing with the origin and general
structure of the universe, with its parts, elements, and laws and
especially with such of its characteristics as space, time,
causality, and freedom. The branch of astronomy that deals with
the general structure and evolution of the universe.
Ethics
— The term ethics may refer to the philosophical study of
the concepts of moral right and wrong and moral good and
bad, to any philosophical theory of what is morally right and
wrong or morally good and bad, and to any system or code
of moral rules, principles, or values.

Aesthetics
— Aesthetics is the branch of philosophy concerned with
the nature and appreciation of art, beauty and good taste, It
has also been defined as “ critical reflection on art, culture
and nature ” . The word aesthetics derives from the Greek :
“aisthetikos” , meaning "of sense perception".
Epistemology
— Epistemology, the philosophical study of the nature,
origin , and limits of human knowledge. The term is derived
from the Greek episteme (“knowlegde”)and logos
("reason"), and accordingly the field is sometimes referred
to as the theory of knowledge.
Metaphysics
— Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy that studies
the fundamental nature of reality. This includes studies of
the first principles of being or existence, identity, change,
consciousness, space and time, necessity, actuality, and
possibility.
Political Philosophy
— Political philosophy or political theory is the
philosophical study of government, addressing questions
about the nature, scope, and legitmacy of public agents and
institutions and the realtionships between them.
How do we characterized the study of
philosophy?
The practice of philosophy is characterized by several general
features: it is a form of rational inquiry, it aims to be
systematic, and it tends to critically reflect on its own methods
..
and presuppositions.
there are three major learning modes: there is the
technical, the practical, and everything else is philosophy.
