Document purpose
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide the technical and Workshop delivery
resource(s) with an overview of the tasks and content required to deliver the
Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop.
This includes providing prescriptive guidance regarding core activities required to
effectively land scenarios with business decision makers. Ideally, you will come to
agreement with the customer on a targeted approach for follow-on delivery and
implementation of the plan as a specific Workshop, adding on higher margin
services attach.

Assumptions
As a facilitator preparing to deliver the Copilot for Microsoft 365 Workshop, the
document is intended to be used by field consultants with competencies in Copilot
for Microsoft 365. Consultants presenting the Workshop should use this guide to
become familiar with Workshop delivery details.

Goal

plan.

and to gain a complete understanding of the customer’s
current challenges and environment.
