Process and Procedures
1. First, the group will craft a project proposal or plan, determining the aims of the project, its scope and the
persons to be involved.
2. Second, the group will submit the plan or proposal to the assisting teacher for review.
3. Upon reviewing and revising what has been suggested, the plan will be submitted for approval of the college
dean and subsequently, the school president.
4. The group would then organize a fundraising activity or solicitation letter to meet the needed amount for the
conduct of the study.
5. The group would also do a pre-evaluation of the community where the project would be launched to assess
what the community really needs and how the community members would respond.
6. With the approved project and budget proposal, the group would then tap to the local leaders for the approval
and support for the project to be launched.
7. Upon approval, the group will work on gathering the resources needed, which includes the relevant speakers
and experts who would share their insights to the community members.
8. With the adequate resources to conduct the project, the group would go to the community to conduct the
plan.
9. The project would then kickstart with the introduction of the facilitators and of the project itself.
10. The project plan which lasts for five days continues and documentation of the activity would be observed.
