Content: The artwork shows me Time Square but with a twist. In the photo I can see large structures covered
in lights, I was drawn to the center of the photo as it’s the most aluminous. You can see that the
environment of the photo is very busy and maximalist, the streets are very energetic. There are many parts
to this photo in the background there's all the tall buildings and bright lights and in the foreground its very
lively and full of people and cars. The photo I have chosen relates to my project as I am investigating
structures and I have chosen buildings which connects to this photo, after the photo was taken it was then
digitally edited to get a blurry/dizzy effect.
Form: The most important element of this photo is color. The photo is covered in different colors that are
contrasted against each other, they are very vivid and neon which really draws you into the picture, here it
looks like Stephanie has added layers of the same photo on top to get the effect that is shown in the picture
of Time Square.
Process: I think that the process of this photo wouldn’t take longer than a full day, to get the base picture it
would have taken time to capture the right moment, making sure that there's no unnecessary things in it.

in Germany. In 2010 she finished her studies anything specific. Normally when I am editing photos it doesn’t take me too long, probably up to 10mins but
in Visual Communications, where she
discovered her passion for experimental
as she has to add layers the process would have taken longer.

all over the world, especially to big cities, to
and exciting to look at, it also makes me want to be there because of how beaming and intense it is. The

it's about time and caducity, about capturing
special moments getting lost in time.
