A business pitch needs to give your audience a clear understanding of your plan.
3. For the question-and-answer session, team members have to be prepared and ready to
answer any questions asked by the examiner.
4. Showing picture of product/service will be an advantage (the similar product that you
may produce/the layout for the service – google the picture).
5. Make sure that the voice is clear and fluent during the presentation.

7. The content of the slides shall follow the Business Plan:
a) Introduction: greeting/salutation; name of the presenter, partners and the position in the
business, company’s name, product/service offered, location of the business
b) Problem statement: problem that the customers face (for e.g., people nowadays face the
obesity problem/health problem….find out the supporting evidence: data, graph, statistic, or
statement/article/facts)
c) Solution to the problem: product/service that you want to develop based on the problem
statement, why do you want to develop the product/service—advantages, uniqueness,
differences of the product/service

d) Value proposition/Unique Selling Point (USP): the real value that the entrepreneur offers,
something that benefit to the customers, customers’ preferences (privacy, exclusive, good
price, delicious, quality, save time, good service, etc.) -- makes you DIFFERENT from all
the competitors in the same industry
e) Target market: understand/focus the target customers, details about gender, age, income,
education level, etc.
f) Marketing Strategy/Channel: briefly explain about the 4Ps (product, price, place,
promotion), then briefly explain about the channel that gives big impact to the
business/selling (Instagram/facebook/ flyers/banner, etc.)

g) **Traction: (if the entrepreneur already have the product/service). The success
you have seen so far or the proof you have that customers are there and valuable.
Showing success by demonstrating you have customers willing to buy your
product, and how many are willing to buy your product. Ideally, it is a graph of
how many customers you have going up and how much they have been spending
on your product going up. It also shows how many customers you have and how
much money you are making.
h) Financial: briefly explain about the revenue stream (the way a company makes
income from each customer, for e.g., direct selling, subscription fee, membership
card fee, debit/credit card—offline/online payment), show the Project

i)Funding: details on what the entrepreneur wants to do with the loan marketing
expenses, research and development. buying assets, stocks, etc.)
j)The social impact: the implication/contribution to the society, (give the job
opportunity to the residents – disabled people, single parent; solve problem that faced by
the society, give awareness to the society, provide industrial training for internship
students, etc.)

• ** traction (if new entrepreneur DOES NOT have any customers yet – not successful yet/early stage/do not have
the product yet):
a) show the pre-orders or letters of intent. This shows that your customers have not purchased the order yet, but they
have told you they will. Maybe you have a contract that says they will buy it as soon as it is ready…..OR
b) show the percentage of people you reached out to the MVP (Minimum Viable Product). A product with enough
features to attract early-adopter customers (those individuals that use new products before the majority of people.
They are risk-takers and trendsetters and have a strong influence on the success or failure of a new product).…..OR
c) show how many people visit your site or have people filled out a survey or say they are interested. As such, it helps
the investor sees that you have customers, you have talked to them, they are real….

Fluency & Clarity (10) Fluent and the voice is very clear.
Effective Audio Visual Visual aids are well used and all group members are able to make

E.g., The drinks are made by using fresh fruits, freshness, variety of flavors, value for
money, etc.
TARGET MARKET
List down all the potential customers and highlight the target market (the most potential
customers) for the product/service –
details about gender, age, income, education level, etc.
MARKETING STRATEGY/CHANNEL
Briefly explain the marketing strategy -- 4Ps (product, price, place, promotion),
For the promotion, you may list down the channel used (online/offline – banner, flyers,
social media, company website, etc.), then highlight the most channel that gives big
impact on the business.
