1. Finding Usernames & Emails
Method #1: Check Personal Email

 New students receive an email from CCC after they register

 The email contains the following key information

 Username and email

 Student ID#

 Temporary Password

 Check the Spam or Junk Folder


Method #2: Online Utility

 Visit passwordreset.ccc.edu

 Click on ‘Retrieve your email

address’

 Students need their username and/or email address

 Students need to have setup their password reset methods before using SSPR.

 SSPR will not work unless this is done first!

 The information in this training should be communicated to students before
the semester begins, or should be reviewed on the first day.

 Ask students to check their personal emails! Much of their CCC information is
there.

 Students should setup their SSPR methods as soon as they can.

 Students should reset their password afterwards.
