Solutions to Bottlenecks.
* Incapability of batteries to cope with the Indian Environment: The
battery is manufactured by a Netherlands-based company called Etergo. Batteries are made up as per the Netherlands weather conditions which is unlikely to Indian conditions. So the battery easily gets heated up in less duration of time. To resolve this issue Ola Electric should introduce Liquid cooling technology like solutions to battery manufacturing.
* Low Build-quality: These days scooter bodies are made up of plastic.
Instead of this Ola Electric should improve the reinforced metal chassis and body structure to resist uncalled shocks while riding. * Weaker Distribution Network: Due to a lack of Experience Centers Ola Electric is not able to cope with the expectations of Indian Customers. As Indians Buyers are more confident in buying products after physical testing of products. Ola Electric should bring Experience Centers in different cities to enlarge its Market Capturing.
* Low Production output as compared to Demand: Unable to deliver the
final product in the market in less time. Ola Electric should introduce Lean Manufacturing Model in its production that will reduce the time in supply of the product. Automation in manufacturing is also necessary. Namit Kumar: MBA/1056/09 * Himanshu Joon: MBA/1034/09
