Design & Engineering of Site Offices, Car Park, Electrical (Small Power & Lighting),
Plumbing, Air-conditioning (Split AC Type), Sanitary, Fire alarm,
Data/Telecom(Passive Components only).

Construction of site offices including Earth Works, Foundations, Structure, Cladding,

Internal Partitions, False Ceiling, Toilets, Doors & Windows, Small Power & Lighting
Electrical Works, Split AC, Fire alarm, Fire Extinguishers & Data/Telecom Cabling.

External Works: Car park, walkway, water piping, OH Tank, Sewage System, Laying
of Milled Asphalt, Electrical power cable connection with existing facility, Fire alarm
connectivity with existing system.
