PROBLEM
STATEMENT
To meet the increasing demand for improvements in the health
care facilities & services we can utilize the power of internet
technology & its wide network, by which people can help each
other with just one click from their phone.
AIM OF THE PROJECT
 Our project is mainly focused to provide the services to the needy through a single
application and make the donation process easy.
 In this donation the donor can easily reach the needy through the consent of the
admin.
To manage the donor registration and user maintenance. People who interested can
register themselves through this system.
The main aim is collecting the donations and delivering them and also provide the
information to the doctors of that organization.
OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT

The main objective of the study was to create medical donor management information
system in order to assist in the management of Organ donor records, planning and share
information in a more confidential, convenient and secure way using modern technology
WORKING OF THE PROJECT

This medicine donator project is to prepare a portal for the collection of unused
medicine for further utilization by a needy person. The website must belike user can
donate the unused medicine to NGO. That NGO can help need by people. The user can
donate the medicine. Many poor people who do not afford to buy their own medicines,
with help of this website people can get the treatment and medicines to cure the
respective diseases, the unused medicine will be utilized.
System Requirements
I. Hardware Requirement :-
● i3 processor system or higher
● 4 GB RAM or higher
● 100 GB ROM or higher

II. Software Requirement :-


● Visual Studio Code
● HTML,CSS,Javascript
● MongoDB,Node.js
ADVANTAGE
● It helps poor people for medication.
● It will help to maintain records of medicines
● Many needy people will get cure.
● It is user-friendly .
System description
1) Admin
● Login: Admin can login using credentials.
● Manage Members: Admin analyses and deletes or blocks the member
donating unwanted and drugs that pass their expiry dates.
● Manage Approvals: The appointments by NGO’s are manage by approving
appointment request.
● Reporting: The monthly report of the members who had donated medicine.

2) NGO
● Registration: For obtaining credentials NGO’s need to register.
● Login: With the help of credentials NGO can login.
● Scheduled Appointments (Only Approved Appointments): NGO can send
request for appointment which will be further approved and scheduled.
● Stock Management: Stock of the medicine had been donated will listed in
stock management.
● Change Password: NGO can change their password in case of security

● Registration: Member can register and acquire credentials.
● Login: With the help of credentials member can login.
● Donate Medicine: Member can donate medicine by providing medicine
details. And can schedule donating date
● View Transactions: Member can see the previous transaction of medicine
● Change Password: Member can change their password in case of security

So it will be reduced time consuming for public looking for organ donors. We can implement the
system using web application “Health Well”.


When there is urgent need for organ, it may not be possible for people to communicate with the
each and every hospital and blood and organ bank.


For that the application can fulfill their requirements in short time span so that it can overcome the
death rate. Thus the proposed system can help everyone who is need of organ anytime and
anywhere.


This system not only used for the blood and organ bank automation system but also used for organ
donation system. This system is very helpful for the smart city and smart nation purpose.
