loss by curbing appetite to flushing out

1. The recommended daily water intake varies


depending on factors like age, gender, climate,
physical activity, and overall health.
2. As a general guideline, aiming for around 8
cups (2 liters) of water per day is a good
starting point for most adults.
3. Pay attention to your body's signals—thirst,
urine color, and overall hydration levels—to
adjust your intake accordingly.

calories for how active you are so you balance the
