Group Summary
 The Alroumi group consists of three companies, which are market
leaders in Kuwait.
1. Yousef Alroumi trading, was founded in Kuwait in 1994, and is the
first company of the group. Specialized in the cosmetic business
the company is present in Kuwait, Dubai, Beirut, and Saudi Arabia
with sales covering GCC and MEA in countries such as:Qatar,
Bahrain and Jordan.
2. In 1996, Alroumi and Rizk was founded. Alroumi and Rizk is
leading Interior design and exhibition stand design in Kuwait
servicing major financial institutes and Mobile Operators in Kuwait
as well as electronic retailers.
3. In 2009, Alroumi Solutions was established. Its main objective is to
provide ERP/POS and security solutions to retailers, restaurants
and convenience stores

 The Group is headed by Mr. Yousef Al Roumi as Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Yousef holds an MBA from Duke
University, U.S.A., and has over thirty years of work experience in
senior managerial positions, and is a prominent businessman in the
State of Kuwait.
 The Company employs 90 experienced staff members: 5 division
managers, 10 administration staff, 8 sales force staff, and 6 certified
Technical support staff, and 61 other staff members, with yearly turn
over of more than $7,820,000 between the three companies as
follow:
1. $4,500,000 : Yousef Alroumi Trading
2. $3,000,000: Roumi & Rizk
3. $320,000: Alroumi solutions

Sales Incentive Scheme:

 Sales incentives to sales staff. Such scheme will be based on an


escalating formula such as:

I. 0 – 49 % of target 0.5%
II. 50-75% of target 1.5%
III. 76-100% of target 2.5%
