INTRODUCTION:

• (e-hailing) - a service that allows


consumers to book e-hailing services
using online applications.

• The vehicles are private automobiles with


a seating capacity of four people.

• Issue?
-The challenges faced by the e-hailing
drivers in this difficult time due to the Covid-
19 pandemic.

• The e-hailing companies have to stopped.


• The drivers were lost their jobs .

IMPORTANCE OF PLANNING:
1.Provides creative and innovative thinkers
- requires strategies on how to create productions,
how much workers are needed and many more.

2.Provides direction to make decision


- Everyone should be cooperated to make any
decision.

3.Reduces wasteful activities


- Measure the production to reduce wasteful
activities.
TYPES OF PLANNING:

1.Tactical planning
- Short-term plan to achieved. It involves the idea from middle-manager.
2.Strategic planning
- Mission & vision for long-term plan.
3.Operational planning
- Daily activity.
4.Contingency planning
- Must plan something because of the crisis that they suddenly faced &may face
problem in future.

PROCESS OF DESICION-MAKING
MADE BY MOT:

1. Identify and diagnose the problem.


-analyze the situation before taking any action.

2. Develop an alternative.
-MOT can try to make an alternative by watching
how other countries solve these issues.

3. Evaluated alternative.
-MOT and MKN also encouraged the driver to
sanitize their car frequently.

4. Implemented & follow up.


-MOT and MKN needs to understand the choice that
have been made and why it was made

CONCLUSION:

• The process of planning, organizing, decision-making and


controlling has greatly helped the ministry to solve the problems.
• The suggestion is MOT can create more new online e-hailing
platforms such as InDriver and AirAsia Ride.
• All the efforts are highly appreciated because they care about the
people in this country and prioritize the needs of society.
