What is Self?
• It is the understanding or determination
of one's own nature or basic qualities.
• Your consciousness of your own identity.
• Defining ourselves is a lifelong process,
one that is ever changing. We learn more,
see more and experience more as we
grow, and in doing so, we should always
be defining ourselves.
Management
• It is a process of attaining
personal or
organizational goals by
effective and efficient
planning, organizing,
leading and controlling
the personal/
organizational human,
financial and
informational resources.
Skill Set
• A skill is learning to carry out a task with
pre-determined results often within a
given amount of time, energy, or both.
Self Management Skills
• Self-management is a key skill that will help
you throughout your life.
• It involves setting goals and
managing your time. Developing your
motivation and concentration skills will help
you to overcome the lure of procrastination.
• Effective self-management will help you to
avoid stress and provide you with more
opportunities to get involved in fun activities

SELF OBSERVATION IS DEFINED AS:


The objective observation of one’s
own attitudes, reactions or thought
process.
Practicing Self Observation
• Group yourselves in 5.
• Discuss on your favorite game or weather
you like most.
• 5 minutes are now given to you for
discussion.
Answer these by yourself
just think in your mind.
1. What am I feeling?
2. What are my exact thoughts, what is my inner
dialogue?
3. How did I show up to this conversation? What is
my mood?
4. What my judgments and assessments do I have
about this person?
5. What judgments' and assessments do I have
about this conversation?

Planning And Monitoring
• Once we have completed this step, how
do we know if our plan is working? We
know if it is working as we monitor our
progress towards our goal.
• To monitor our progress means that we
regularly check over what we are doing,
and make decisions based on whether or
not we are following our plan and
achieving our goals.

• Define your Goals.
• Identify How you are going to implement SMART in the
game of setting goal.
• What are your plans and how you make your institute a
famous and renown in couple of years.
