Policy:
⮚Identify, analyze and control potential food safety hazards
associated with the materials and process steps
⮚Implement, maintain and continually improve the Food Safety
Management System at all levels and all times
⮚Review the Food Safety Management System at planned intervals
to ensure its suitability, accuracy and effectiveness
⮚Train and educate staffs at all levels
⮚Have effective communication internally and with suppliers

⮚Zero customer complaint on microbiological and chemical
contamination
⮚Not more than 3 cases of customer complaint on physical
contamination per year
⮚Improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and create a more
productive and visually organized work environment by
implementing to achieve 80% from the assessment

Glass and Brittle Plastic Policy:
⮚Need control of glass and brittle plastics
⮚When saw
Sharp Object Policy:
⮚Can use knife and scissors
⮚Cannot use breakable type blade, staples, paper clips, pins
⮚No raw material and packaging material that use staples
Wood Policy:
⮚No use wooden pallet in production and packaging areas
⮚Can only use plastic pallet in production area
⮚No wood equipment in production and packaging area
Personal Hygiene Procedure
Personal Hygiene:
⮚ Before enter need ensure compliance to Daily Personal Hygiene Inspection Checklist
⮚ All workers need compliance to personal hygiene practices:
✔ Disposable hair net
✔ Clean uniform
✔ Clean shoes
✔ Face mask
✔ Disposable hand gloves (for processing staffs only)
⮚ Proper hand wash especially:
✔ After toilet
✔ After break
✔ Touch body part
✔ Handle rubbish
✔ After touch machine
✔ After smoking
✔ Enter Production
Personal Hygiene Procedure
Personal Hygiene:
⮚No eating, smoking, drinking, gum chewing during work
⮚All lockers shall be clean
⮚No unhygienic practices. If happens, wash hand immediately.
⮚Unhygienic practice:
⮚No personal belongings at production area.
⮚When leaving production, remove all PPE (gloves, hairnet, coat).
⮚Supervisor check personal hygiene daily and record in Daily Personal Hygiene
Inspection Checklist.
⮚Glove and hairnet need dispose and change daily.
⮚Coat wash daily.

Control of Health Status and Disease
⮚Typhoid vaccine before start work and once every 3 years
⮚During work need to be healthy
⮚When sick, report to supervisor
⮚Cover wounds with plaster and wear gloves over wounds. Change
periodically or daily depend on nature of work
⮚Personal suffer from illness and contagious disease shall not be
working in production area
