SAMPLING
DISTRIBUTION
Random Sampling
Random Sampling is a method of selecting a sample (random sample)
from a statistical population. It is also a method in which measurements
from a population is a subset of a population selected in a manner such
that every sample of size from the population has an equal chance of
being selected.
TYPES OF RANDOM
SAMPLING
TYPES OF RANDOM SAMPLING
SIMPLE RANDOM
SAMPLING
Simple Random Sampling is a sampling technique in which every
element of the population has the same probability of being selected for
inclusion in the sample.
TYPES OF RANDOM SAMPLING
Systematic Sampling
Systematic Sampling is a random sampling technique in which a list of
elements of the population is used as a sampling frame, and the
elements to be included in the desired sample are selected by skipping
through the list at regular intervals.
TYPES OF RANDOM SAMPLING
Stratified Sampling
Stratified Sampling is a random sampling technique in which the
population is first divided into strata and then samples are randomly
selected separately from each stratum.

Find the probability that the mean of a sample of size 9 drawn from
this population exceeds 30.
