Simple Past
1) Verb to be:
1) Affirmative:
 Was: I/she/he/it  I was born in Argentina.
 Were: They/you/ we/ they  They were Boca Juniors
fans.

Negative:
 Wasn’t: I/ she/ he/ it  She wasn’t born in New Zealand.
 Weren’t: They/ you/we/ they  They weren’t born in
Uruguay.
Verbs
2) Affirmative:
-Regular verbs: -ED. EX: Walk  Walked.

-Irregular verbs: -ED (chart). EX: Run  Ran.

Negative:
- DIDN’T + Verb (infinitivo). EX: She didn’t swim
yesterday.
