Do you need to access internal systems from outside the office?

If then,

please install the Cisco AnyConnect program first and follow the instructions.

1. Download/Install AnyConnect

• Download the AnyConnect program for VPN service.


• Location: Google Drive: 14. IT > 03. VPN > VPN Software
• Download a installation file as your PC OS. (ex. Windows / MacOS)

• Install the AnyConnect program


1. Execute downloaded file.
2. Click “Next”. Check “I accept the terms in the License Agreement”, then click “Next”. 🡪 “Install” 🡪 “Finish”

2. Access VPN Service

• Access VPN service through the AnyConnect program

1. Execute “Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility…” program. 3. Input VPN server address and click “Connect”.

• KR, APAC: vpnkr.intelliantech.com


• US, EU: vpnus.intelliantech.com

2. Configure the initial setting of Preferences.


4. Click “Connect Anyway”, select “SSLVPN” for group, then input
=> Uncheck “Block connections to untrusted servers” option.
Username/Password, click “OK”

Ex) If your email address is “[email protected]”


- Username: aaa.bbb (include "." )
- Password: (Same to Google service password)

3. Set up Security setting

• Check and stop VPN service connection status

1. When the VPN service initiated, below notification is pop up. 3. To stop the VPN service connection, click VPN icon in the tray.
Then, click “Disconnect” button.

2. You can see the status of VPN connection in the tray, in Windows.

4.Mobile (iOS/Android)

• Install the AnyConnect app and Configure Initial setting of Preferences.


1. Install the AnyConnect app in the Google Play Store or IOS App Store.
2. Touch “AnyConnect” 🡪 “Option” 🡪 “Setting” 🡪 Uncheck “Block Untrusted Servers” option.

4.Mobile (iOS/Android)

• Configure Initial setting of Preferences


1. Touch “Connections” 🡪 “Add New VPN Connection” 🡪 “Server Address” 🡪 Input VPN server address and touch “ok” 🡪 “DONE”

• KR, APAC: vpnkr.intelliantech.com


• US, EU: vpnus.intelliantech.com

4.Mobile (iOS/Android)

• Access VPN service through the AnyConnect app


1. Touch “AnyConnect VPN” 🡪 “CONTINUE” 🡪 input Username/Password, touch “CONNECT”
2. You can see the status of VPN connection in the slide icon.
3. To stop the VPN service connection, one more touch the slide icon.

Ex) If your email address is “[email protected]”


- Username: aaa.bbb (include "." )
- Password: (Same to Google service password)
