JESUS CHRIST
THE
CREATOR
INTRODUCTION
Although He was without sin, Jesus was still baptized in order to teach us
obedience to God, the proper way to be baptized, and the importance of
baptism by the correct authority.
Jesus healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, and even brought the dead
back to life. More importantly, He forgave people of their sins. Although His
works were considered blasphemous behavior by the Jewish priests, Jesus
continually reminded people that His works were aligned with God’s will so
“that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13).
How is Jesus present in our life?
Through His Atonement, teachings, hope, peace, and
example, He helps us change our lives, face our trials,
and move forward with faith as we journey back to Him
and His Father.
What are the 7 principles of Jesus which we are suppose
to follow?
Humility, faith, charity, courage, and wisdom.
1} HUMILITY
Humility is one of the dominant principles the Lord taught in the Beatitudes.
Likewise, His words reflect a constant recognition of His dependence on the Father.
From the moment of His birth, the Savior taught humility through His actions, Humility is a grace that
attracts more grace
Humility opens the door of your life to more of God's grace.
Submit our will to the Lord's will
True humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking of yourself less”
Biblical humility is grounded in the nature of God.
Learn to put others first, be grateful, not boastful and appreciate others.
This is how we should practice humility in our life’s.
2} FAITH
Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to
there,' and it will move….
Faith is more than intellectual agreement.
Faith is so important because it is the means by which we have a relationship with God.
By putting our faith in him, we receive forgiveness for our sins and the gift of eternal life.
Faith means relying completely on who Jesus is and what he has done to be made right with God.
Thus faith means putting your trust in God and having confidence that he will fulfill his promises.
3} CHARITY
Courage is always fueled by faith. Good courage is fueled by faith in the ultimate good of the real God and all he promises to be for
us in Jesus. Therefore good courage must be taken.
we must take hold of real promises given by the real God so that having done all, we can stand firm in the evil day (Ephesians 6:13).
He courageously claimed divine authority for instituting much-needed change in the temple and among the people.
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave
you nor forsake you."
Life can be full of challenges, sorrows, and tough decisions. But even amidst hardship, the Jesus counsels us to be strong and
courageous.
Since all the promises of God are yes to us in Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20), we must not be cowards but let our hearts take courage by
believing that what God has already promised is yes to us.
5} WISDOM
In John 8:23, Jesus said, “I am from above.” James 3:17 says, “The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then
peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy .
The wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy
and good fruit, impartial and sincere" (James 3:17).
God is just, faithful and perfect. He is eternal and infinite. God is also full of knowledge and wisdom
Wisdom is God's ability to apply His knowledge in perfect measure which always has goodness and His glory in
mind.
Thus the greatest wisdom is knowing we know very little. When we adopt this perspective, we open our hearts and
minds to learn and be inspired.
The benefits of wisdom in the Bible are: Increased knowledge of God.
Clear guidance from God's direction.
God's divine protection.
Strength and power from God.
Peace, contentment and happiness.
A good self-image.
Prosperity.
Good health and a long life.
o That people should act morally in life, not just to
receive eternal life with God, but because humans
should want to carry out good deeds for their own
satisfaction and to help others.
o And continue follow all these practices in order to
obey God’s commandments and that he’s pleased by
our actions.
CONCLUSION IS –
• The Bible leads us to the conclusion that we follow Jesus because He is
our Savior and Lord- and He is our only hope for escaping the penalty of
sin for eternity and for overcoming the power of sin in this life by
following his principles.
• Treat others the way you want to be treated. As you do so, you will
strengthen your relationships and be happier.
