1. REPORTING TO
SUPERVISOR(S) AND LOCAL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE
As the CDW/T endorsed by your supervisor(s)
and Local Chief Executive, it is imperative to
inform them of your successful completion of
the program through the following activities:

A. Report to your immediate supervisor (Local Social
Welfare and Development Officer/ ECCD
Focal person/ Barangay Captain) and present your
Deployment letter, and Certificate of
Participation given by the Council after the
training
B. Ask your immediate supervisor for assistance in
scheduling an appointment for a courtesy call with the
Local Chief Executive (Mayor)

C. Briefly update the mayor about the training program
and the specific tasks and activities you are expected to
conduct in preparation for the upcoming school year. Also
present your Deployment letter and Certificate of
Participation given by the Council after the training

D. Inform the mayor and your immediate supervisor that


you also intend to make a courtesy call to the Punong
barangay/Barangay Captain where your center is located

E. Find the opportune time to seek advice or
request for help on implementing/conducting the
Community Mapping and other interim
activities

2. SHARING OF KNOWLEDGE AND RESOURCES
TO OTHER CDW/Ts AND ECCD SERVICE
PROVIDERS

Equipped with the newly-gained knowledge, skills, and


competencies, the CDT/CDW shall also orient/train
other ECCD Service providers with the current trends
and strategies in Early Childhood Education.

A. Training/orientation activities may be
conducted during weekly/monthly meetings.
Participants may also include health workers,
nutrition scholars, social workers, and other
ECCD service providers in the community.

B. ECCD Council-issued reference
materials/resources should also be shared to
other ECCD Service Providers for
Training/Education purposes. Materials should
be free of charge and should not be sold to
anyone.

3. COMMUNITY MAPPING
As part of preparing for the upcoming
school year, CDW/Ts are required to map
the children and their families in the
community

Guidelines in using the mapping forms
1.The following are the sets of Forms or
Instrument you must carry and use during the actual
Community Mapping:
I. Form 1 – Family Profile
II. Form 2 – Child Profile
III. Form 3 – Community Profile
2. Carry only the number of Forms or sets of
Forms according to the number of households
you scheduled for the day

3. Every item in each of the required


Forms should be responded properly and
accurately in order to have a credible Profile.
4. Remember that you are to map or survey the
community because you would like to target
the beneficiaries you intend to serve

5.Observe utmost courtesy and decorum in


approaching every single family or household
you would go to.
6. Be sensitive but alert in getting the needed
information for the Forms.

7. Don’t forget to express your gratitude to the


respondent for sparing his/her time and willingness
to assist you accomplish your mission.
8. At the end of each day, check if the date
has been indicated in every accomplished
Form.
4. KAMP BULILIT
It is ideal to conduct this activity every January.
It is designed to orient communities regarding
ECCD programs.

EARLY REGISTRATION AND
ENROLMENT FOR S.Y. 2024-2025

1. After successfully conducting community mapping, CDW/Ts
may now open their centers for Early Registration and Enrolment
of children for the upcoming school year. An official school
calendar shall be issued by the ECCD Council for reference.
2. Bayanihang Bulilit is likened to Brigada Eskwela of the
Department of Education. This is the opportunity to gather the
community to ensure that the learning environment is
conducive for the children.
3. An orientation on the Early Learning Programs to be
implemented in the center should be conducted two weeks to
a month before the start of the school year.
