One of the mosttoprevalent
all flaws that some supervisors have,
which is a poor quality, is the tendency to show favoritism. As a
supervisor, it is necessary for us to make ourselves accessible to
all of our subordinates' questions and concerns in order to
eliminate this. Also, we need to make ourselves accessible to
them at all times. Being accessible is one of the best ways for
supervisors to create a favorable work environment.
