Process flow:
Describes the entire data-related process, starting from planning to the system and ending at the user. This diagram is
presented in a "cross functional diagram".
Database flow:
Describes the detailed process of the database flow for each task. The diagram will include information:
• Data input and responsible person
• The process of entering data
• Tables in the database
• Validation system
• Post-information processing in the database system
• Desired output for the user
• Database/file location

'Exploration Data Submission' (4)
Note :
1) All raw data that has been collected must be stored in the new data center (server KNW-Exploration) according to its category. daily imports
2) The data to be stored in the data center must be complete data, for example: from interval 0 to end of hole depth in the drilling data.
3) Each person in charge (PIC) must fill out a Form for the Submission of Exploration Data, for example: Geotechnical, sampling
interval, Logging detail, density. Exploration Data Submission (5)
4) The form will be stored in the spreadsheet Exploration Data Submission, example : Drillcore Logging, MC release and Assay
5) Every day, the spreadsheet must be downloaded and imported into the SQL server.

Konawe Database Workflow
1) The drilling plan prepared by the Geologist shall be submitted to the Database Geologist (DB Geos). Upon the actual location ID being entered into the table, the Geobank transmit the coordinate
information to the GB_SITE and GB_SITE_SURVEY tables.
2) The coordinate stakeout data obtained during the rig setup process shall be entered into the designated table. This information shall then be transmitted with Geobank to the GB_SITE and
GB_SITE_SURVEY tables.
3) The geologists shall also validate the DDR (Daily Drilling Report) provided by the Assistant Geologist and shall reconcile it with the contractor's DDR. Daily Drilling progress is used to update the depth
of drill hole in the daily basis. The last depth information from the drilling team is stored in the drilling monitoring table. Then, the data will be used to populate the end_depth in the Collar using automate
trigger, depth daily progress will be store in the GB_Daily Drilling and daily activity hours store in DDR_Hours
4) The resurvey data shall be downloaded or collected from the survey team. The information, including survey method, survey equipment, date surveyed, and other metadata, will be imported collar
monitoring drilling before import to GB_SITE and GB_SITE_SURVEY.
5) Validation shall be conducted to verify whether the information is complete or not (reached end of hole). Additionally, validation shall also be performed to check the deviation between each measurement.
6) Exploration drilling will check field validation. Due to the availability of several survey instances in the database, the DB Geologist team shall conduct a "ranking selection" process. The selection shall
simply involve assigning a value of '1' to the best-ranked instance. The other survey instances that are not utilized shall be given a '0' ranking. Only the survey data with a ranking value of '1' will be
exported as coordinate drill holes.

Drilling (1) interval check, density log, and taking a photo to Geobank and SQL (4)
Geotech (2) core (3, 4) (5)
1) The drilling team shall carry out drilling activities to obtain core samples.
2) The Field Assistant shall check the core interval according to the drilling meter, fill in the prepared daily drilling form, take photographs of the core as documentation, and place the core
according to the top and bottom in the core box. The core box shall then be ready to be transported down to the coreshed. The Assistant Geologist shall also complete the daily drilling
form in accordance with the actual activities on the rig.
3) The data entry team shall conduct interval checks on the cores that have just been transported from the rig and shall reconcile them with the geotech rig report. The data entry team shall
then proceed to gather the geotech logging data.
4) The geologists shall undertake sample interval, photo core, geological logging and density data Acquisition.
5) The database geologist shall perform validation checks on the data received from the field and shall subsequently update the data in the SQL and Geobank databases.
6) The end-users shall then be able to utilize the data that has been validated and updated.

1) The Geological Logging form shall be imported via Geobank into a buffer table through the utilization of a lookup list and range validation.
2) The Geological Logging form shall be pre-designed with columns to facilitate input validation, range checks and interval checks.
3) The form shall only be permitted for import when there are no error warning appear in the column validations. If any validation warnings are identified, the form shall be
returned to the geologist for further remediation.
4) During the import process, the database shall be equipped with triggers that align with the established data input validation list and ranges.
5) From the Buffer table data will be validation check with GB_Site (hole id) and all the data shall be promoted and transferred to the Production table.
6) From the Production table, the information from each table shall be extracted and dumped as an output table in the DWH_SCM data warehouse.
Konawe Database Workflow
1) The geotechnical logging form information, collected by the Assistant Geologist stationed at the Coreshed, shall be reviewed by a geologist, who will thoroughly double-
check the data prior to its submission to the database.
2) The provided template incorporates a comprehensive lookup list and range validation functionality, thereby ensuring the integrity of the data.
3) In case that any invalid data is identified and deemed unfit for direct submission to the SQL database, the template in question will be returned forthwith to the Assistant
Geologist at the Coreshed. Thereafter, the template shall be routed for formal approval by the geologist before being imported into the database.
