Requirements (Function design, Tech Spec, Business Requirement Specs, Requirment Tracability Matrix, Checklist for each artifacts appropriatly) Design (Architectural design, Database Design, High level, Low level, Checklist for each artifacts appropriatly) CUT (like Unit test plan, Unit Test cases, Test results, coding standards and guidelines, Code review checklist based upon the technology) Testing (Integration Test plan, System Test Plan, Test cases, Test Results, Customer Acceptance Test (UAT))
