chair.
3.Make a right angle with knees.

3. Keep the monitor at an appropriate
distance
This will help keep our backs and necks
straight and upright.
a. Keep the monitor directly in front.
b. Adjust the level of the monitor

4. Keep the chair close to the keyboard
This will help us rest our hands on the
table.
a. Relax shoulders.
b. Keep elbows at the same level with

5. Put the mouse near the keyboard.
This will keep our arms from
stretching too far away from our
bodies. Remember, we can move the
mouse closer to us in case we run
out of table space.

6. Take short breaks while using the
computer.
a. Rest the body. Stand up every 30
minutes. Bend and stretch. Walk to the
kitchen, and drink a glass of water.
b. Rest the eyes. Look at something blue
or green. These colors can help us calm
down and relax.

1. Keep the workplace computer-
friendly.
a. Find a stable and sturdy table.
b. Make sure that the surface we are
putting the computer on is flat.

a. Make sure that the computer is cool,


clean, and dry at all times.

heat or sunlight, of from places where

If we feel hungry, we need to eat at
