Problem:
Degassing equipment /Stirrer was not Cleaned, dried potting material observed on
stirrer cover.

1. Why Degassing equipment cover not cleaned?


Degassing equipment has attached with motor & Fixture accessories
which is not able to separate and entire setup will be replaced once in six month.

2. Why Degassing cover not replaced ?


No definition of replacing frequency of degassing Cover in cleaning Procedure

3. Why cleaning procedure not addressed replacement frequency?


Cleaning procedure not covered about degassing equipment cover cleaning &
replacement related requirement
