WHAT IS ACH?

 The Automated Clearing House, or ACH, is a batch


processing system regulated by the non-profit
National Automated Clearing House Association
(NACHA) for all electronic funds transferred in the
United States. The ACH has grown to support more
than 90% of all electronic payments as more and
more businesses conduct business online.
 Direct deposit - a wide variety of consumer
payments including payroll
 Trade - payments to suppliers via CCD+ and CTX
formats including payment details
 Tax - payments to local, state and federal
government agencies
WHAT DOES DIGITAL WALLET MEAN?

 A digital wallet is a software based system for making


e-commerce transactions. By using a digital wallet, online
purchase can be done easily through computers tablets or
smartphones.
 In general, bank accounts of individual users are linked with
their digital wallet. In a digital wallet system, user credentials
are securely stored and verified during transactions.
 Digital wallets are not only used for online purchases
but also for authentication of the user. A digital wallet
can store complete user information including credentials,
transaction history and personal details. Digital wallets can
also be used in combination with other mobile payment
systems.
THERE ARE TWO MAIN TYPES OF DIGITAL WALLETS

 Cloud Based.

 Merchant receives money form a customer in exchange for goods


and services. The payment is often enabled by mobile pos such as
square.

 Person to person refers to money exchange between two or more


people as a gift or payback for example paypal
