Definition of Inclusive Culture
• Inclusion is a sense of belonging, connection
and community at work.
• Culture is ―the ideas, customs, and social
behavior of a particular people or society.
• Inclusive culture involves the full and
successful integration of diverse people into a
workplace or industry.
• It extend beyond basic or token presence of
workers who have disabilities.

• Training: Training plays a dual role in the
