amazing but the way we have
forgotten the inner world is
also amazing.
Technology provide things to live
with but not the things to live

Something very important is neglected. To have means without meaning is a hollow

Self-Management? How many of you , have
these thoughts ?
Oh! I could have been polite, maybe
I shouldn’t have taken it so seriously,
I misunderstood, I overreacted, I
have wasted my time etc…..

Management = Man + Age + Men +

t
Manage the ‘man’ within you before managing ‘men’

Gain ‘age’ (maturity) to know what, when, how to

Arjuna
What are his symptoms? How does he speak? How
does he sit? How does he walk?

55 What are his symptoms? (How does he reveal his

position?)
56-57 How does he speak? (How are his mentality and words
affected by the affection, equanimity, or anger of others?)
58-63 How does he sit? (What is his mentality when his senses
