Homework: Journal Prompt
Try using the Cornell Note-Taking System in one of your classes this week then complete a journal
entry.
1. To what extent do you agree or disagree with each statement based on your experience? Write at
least 50 words for each part and provide an explanation.

A) "Cornell Notes are helpful in keeping me organized during class and when I study."
B) "The Cornell Note-Taking System can be useful for organizing my thoughts during class."

2. In addition to using this system for class, try using Cornell Notes for a reading assignment either
