• The main goal is to gain insights into various aspects of the hiring
process, identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Data visualization, Predictive analysis,


Surveys and feedbacks are the main tools and techniques used in hiring

1. Hiring Analysis:
The analysis revealed that company hired a total of 2563 males and
1856 females.
2. Average Salary:
The average salary offered by the company is 49983.03.
3. Salary Distribution:
The salary range with the highest number of applicants is 40000-
50000, with 776 applicants.
4. Departmental Distribution:
The Service Department and Operations Department have the
highest number of employees i.e., 1332 and 1843
respectively.Whereas, the Human Resource Department have the
lowest number of employees i.e., 70.
