 According to the Mr. Mahesh’s requirement we found four lands in 4km radius around the Panadura
junction.
 But the client was not happy with the prices of the lands. After that he rejected all lands.
 Then we had to find new lands for him. And we select new three lands in the diamond residence,
Pungnananda Mawatha, Panadura and Piriwena road, Panadura.
 Finally the client was selected land 07 for his house project.

Our project is a house.
 Residential use – House (Part Ι, Schedule VII of Extraordinary Gazette No. 1597/8 – 2009 )
 As the contractor we need to get permit from UDA (Urban Development Authority)
 To get permit land surveying plan, design plan, layout plan are need to be submit.
 For house minimum plot size 6 perch ground+1st floor but we have 8-10 perch (Regulation 17 (1) &
form C of schedule III)

 In the technical feasibility we have to make Shure whether a project is feasible or not to
construct when considering the land size, land type, soil type and availability of the
facilities of the selected land.
 In the legal feasibility we should ensure that the project can be performed in accordance
with current legal requirements.
 The approximate budget is 45.5 million, but the client’s available budget is 3 million.
Client have to take 42.5 million loan for continue his project. For that in the above slides
we recommend three bank loan systems.

 In the schedule feasibility to ensure how much time get to complete the project. In this
project the duration is one year. According to the our assumption of the project works
we need 315 days to complete the entire project.

project effectively. Also need to checkout the resources available near to the land.

 As per the client’s requirements we selected a suitable land
 And we analyzed all the data by feasibility studies if it was feasible to construct this project
 Then developed the basic sketch to final AutoCAD drawing for the project as per the client’s
requirement.
 After that list down the construction process works
 Then did the estimation part for the sub structure by preparing BOQ
 Finally did the project schedule and project module for our project

We did all the works with hard work and didn’t do any cheating works in this project
