Standard Grocery List for 1-2 week
❏ Meat/Proteins (can buy more and freeze as desired)
❏ 1 package of chicken breasts
❏ 3-4 steaks
❏ 1-2 other protein options (ground beef/bison/turkey, lamb)
❏ 2 packages of bacon
❏ 1 package sweet italian sausage
❏ Cheese/dairy
❏ 10 oz shredded parmesan cheese (for salad)
❏ Greek yogurt
❏ Goat cheese
❏ Fruits: apples, bananas (singles only), strawberries, blueberries, pineapple
❏ Veggies: romaine lettuce (6 heads), spinach, carrots, brussel sprouts, broccoli,
green beans, potatoes
❏ Other: coconut water, croutons
*Additional items are added based on meal prep (i.e. burger buns, tortillas,
tomatoes etc.)

Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
1. Boil water - Russet potatoes
2. Cut 2-3 potatoes into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces - Butter
- Salt
3. Place potatoes in boiled water and cook until
- Pepper
you can easily stick a fork in potatoes (approx - Minced garlic
10-15 mins) - Heavy cream or
milk
4. Drain water out
5. Add ½ stick of butter, salt, pepper, minced
garlic, and ⅓ cup of heavy cream (or milk)
6. Mash potatoes (add more ingredients as
necessary to make right consistency/taste)
Skillet Potatoes
Ingredients
1. Heat skillet on med/high for 5 mins - Red potatoes or
2. Dice potatoes mini tri-color
3. Olive oil bottom of skillet potatoes
- Olive oil
4. Place potatoes in skillet and season with salt - Salt
and pepper - Pepper
5. Cover skillet
6. Every 4 mins move/flip potatoes
7. Continue to cook until you can easily stick a
fork into the potato (approximately 15 mins)
Tacos
Ingredients
1. Prepare chicken or steak per instructions - - Chicken or steak
season with chili powder, garlic powder, salt and - Chili powder
- Garlic powder
pepper
- Salt
2. Assemble tacos as desired with shredded - Pepper
lettuce, mixed cheese, tomatoes, and corn - Brown rice
- Canned sweet
tortilla corn
3. Side dish: brown rice and canned corn - White corn
tortillas
a. Cook rice per instructions
- Mixed cheese
b. Add corn while rice is on the stove - Lettuce
c. Season plentifully with chili powder and salt - Tomato
Pizza
Ingredients
- Dough
- Flour
- Yeast
- Sugar
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pizza toppings
Mac and Cheese
1. Cook macaroni/pasta of choice per box instructions Ingredients
- Box of pasta
2. Drain pasta and leave in the strainer
- ¼ cup butter
3. In same pan melt butter then whisk in flour and cook - ⅓ cup flour
for 2 mins - 8-10 oz of shredded
4. Slowly add milk, whisking while adding, then cook cheddar cheese (freshly
for 5 mins shredded)
- Salt
5. Lower heat and then add cheeses, season with salt - Pepper
and pepper
6. Once cheese is melty add in pasta and mix
completely
7. Optional:
a. Set oven to broil
b. Move finished mac and cheese to baking pan
c. Top with panko bread crumbs
d. Bake for 2 mins on bottom shelf of oven or until bread
Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
1. Blend together: anchovies, garlic cloves, eggs, - 6 anchovy fillets
lemon juice, dijon mustard - 5 garlic cloves or 2 TBSP
2. Then add grapeseed oil and olive oil and blend of minced garlic
- 1 whole egg and 2 egg
again yolks
3. Then add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper - 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
and blend again - 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt - 4 TBSP butter
butter and cream cheese in heavy cream - 2 TBSP cream cheese
- ¾ cup heavy cream
and half and half
- ¾ cup half and half
2. Whisk in garlic powder and parmesan - 1 tsp garlic powder
cheese - 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Pepper
3. Add pepper to taste
4. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to a
simmer (low heat)
5. Stir and let simmer until at right
consistency
