Steak
1. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Ingredients

2. Heat skillet or cast iron on med/high heat for 5 mins - Salt
3. Place slab of butter in skillet and then place steak in - Pepper

Chicken
1. Pre-heat over to 400 deg Ingredients
- Chicken
2. Cover baking sheet with tin foil - Olive Oil
3. Cut fat off chicken breasts - Salt
4. Beat chicken so it is an even height - Pepper
- Italian seasoning
5. Season with olive oil (do first), italian seasoning,
salt, and pepper
6. Place chicken in oven uncovered for 18-20 mins
7. Then cover chicken with tin foil and cook for another
5 mins
8. Take chicken out and let cool under tin foil for 5 mins
9. Slice/dice chicken as desired
BUrgers (Beef, Bison, Lamb)
1. Place ground meat in a large bowl Ingredients
2. Mix ground meat with: (for 1 lb of meat) - Beef/bison/lamb
a. 1 TBSP worcestershire sauce - Salt
b. 2 TBSP of ketchup
- Pepper
c. 1 TBSP of dijon mustard
d. 1 tsp of whole mustard seeds - Garlic powder
e. ⅓ cup of bread crumbs (add until meat sticks enough to hold burger shape) - Chili powder
f. 1 tsp of each: salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder - Ketchup
3. Form burger patties (can put in fridge for up to 24 hours) - Worcestershire
4. Heat skillet on med/high for 5 mins sauce
5. Place patties in skillet (space evenly across skillet) - Dijon mustard
6. Cook for 5 mins, flip, cook other side for 5 mins - Mustard seeds
7. Check temperature, med rare = 135 deg - Bread crumbs
8. Butter brioche buns, cook on hot pan until toasted - Brioche buns
9. Garnish burgers with desired toppings - Toppings
*1 lb of meat will make approximately 3 burgers or 5 sliders
Lamb Chops/Lamb Roast
Ingredients
1. Pre-heat skillet (for chops/steak) on med-high - Lamb
for 5 mins, pre-heat over to 350 deg (roast) - Butter
- Salt
2. Season lamb with salt, pepper, garlic powder,
- Pepper
rosemary - Rosemary
3. Place slab of butter in skillet and cook lamb
chops in skillet covered for 5 mins on each side
4. Cook lamb roast in oven for 20 mins
5. Check temperature, med-rare = 135 deg
Crabs Legs
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 deg Ingredients
- Crab legs
2. Cover baking sheet with tin foil - Butter
3. Evenly space crab legs on baking sheet - Salt
- Garlic powder
4. Mix melted butter, salt, and garlic powder
together
5. Brush butter/seasoning on crab legs
6. Pour 2 TBSP of water onto tin foil
7. Cover crab legs with tin foil and close up all edges
(this allows water to “steam” the crab legs)
8. Cook in oven for 20 mins
9. Melt more butter with garlic powder for dipping
Turkey Skillet
Ingredients
1. Cook brown rice or wild rice or quinoa per - Ground turkey

2. Heat skillet on med/high for 5 mins
- Maple syrup
3. Dice apples - Cream cheese
4. Oil skillet and cook ground turkey in skillet - Apples
- Rice/grain of your

Pork Ribs
1. Pre-heat oven to 275 deg Ingredients

3. Place pork ribs on tin foil on baking sheet
4. Season ribs with dry seasoning on both sides
5. Drizzle honey and maple syrup over ribs
6. Cover with tin foil and close edges
7. Slow cook in over for 3-4 hours
Adult Grilled Cheese

6. Roast for 35-45 mins in oven until sufficiently
burned
Carrots/ Green Beans
1. Pre-heat skillet on med/high for 5 mins Ingredients
2. Peel and cut carrots or cut ends off green beans - Carrots or green
beans
3. Mix with olive oil and salt in a bowl until evenly coated

4. Add olive oil to skillet then add carrots or green beans - Salt
5. Cover with lid and check every 3-4 mins and move veggies
around pan

cooking thoroughly enough
6. Continue to cook until sufficiently burned on all sides

*Carrots will be done with you can easy stick a fork in them
*Green beans will be done when they change to a darker green
Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
1. Boil water - Russet potatoes
2. Cut 2-3 potatoes into 1 inch x 1 inch pieces - Butter

3. Place potatoes in boiled water and cook until

Skillet Potatoes
Ingredients
1. Heat skillet on med/high for 5 mins - Red potatoes or

4. Place potatoes in skillet and season with salt - Salt

5. Cover skillet
6. Every 4 mins move/flip potatoes

fork into the potato (approximately 15 mins)
Tacos
Ingredients

Pizza
Ingredients
- Dough

- Yeast
- Sugar
- Olive Oil

- Pizza toppings
Mac and Cheese
1. Cook macaroni/pasta of choice per box instructions Ingredients
- Box of pasta
2. Drain pasta and leave in the strainer
- ¼ cup butter
3. In same pan melt butter then whisk in flour and cook - ⅓ cup flour
for 2 mins - 8-10 oz of shredded
4. Slowly add milk, whisking while adding, then cook cheddar cheese (freshly
for 5 mins shredded)
- Salt
5. Lower heat and then add cheeses, season with salt - Pepper
and pepper
6. Once cheese is melty add in pasta and mix
completely
7. Optional:
a. Set oven to broil
b. Move finished mac and cheese to baking pan
c. Top with panko bread crumbs
d. Bake for 2 mins on bottom shelf of oven or until bread
Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
1. Blend together: anchovies, garlic cloves, eggs, - 6 anchovy fillets
lemon juice, dijon mustard - 5 garlic cloves or 2 TBSP
2. Then add grapeseed oil and olive oil and blend of minced garlic
- 1 whole egg and 2 egg
again yolks
3. Then add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper - 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1 TBSP dijon mustard
and blend again - 1 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt - 4 TBSP butter
butter and cream cheese in heavy cream - 2 TBSP cream cheese
- ¾ cup heavy cream
and half and half
- ¾ cup half and half
2. Whisk in garlic powder and parmesan - 1 tsp garlic powder
cheese - 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Pepper
3. Add pepper to taste
4. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to a
simmer (low heat)
5. Stir and let simmer until at right
consistency
