Introduction
It is very important to find a tool that can
help in schedule and manage the time,
meetings ,appointments.
The important of this project comes from
the need of using a single software that can
be use to control many of the operations,
task, appoinments and meetings for
individuals and also for teams and
institutions.

3
Motivation
I think task management system help to
improve communication by providing a
centralized place for teams to discuss tasks
and exchange information. Team members
can also report on ongoing and completed
tasks to their supervisor, who can analyze
this information and make necessary
adjustments.
Rather than approaching every task with
the same level of importance, prioritizing
tasks based on their urgency and
importance is often helpful.
4
Objective
To develop a way to reduce time
complexity.
Using this project as a calendar for
appointments.
Manage projects using dashboards between
team members.
To collect data and evaluate the task of the
project by monitoring the up-to-date
activities.
Our project is an online task supervisor,
online to do list that helps individuals
5 educational institutions effectively organize
Existing System Overview

The existing system of Institution’s Project

Task Management is a manual system.
Project coordinator or supervisor gives
tasks for students manually in paper
system.

6
Drawbacks of Existing System
It is time-consuming.
The right information is not retrieved at the
right time.
Any updates to the data by team members
or the Project coordinator or guide cannot
see immediately by the rest of the team.
 All work is done manually.

7
Proposed System
Features
The Proposed System should
include document management, workflow,
rules engine, claims management, risk
management analytics engine, and a
project management relationship
functionality.
Meet deadlines: With the organized task
management system you and your team
work more efficiently making missed
deadlines a thing of the past.

Existing System Proposed System

The existing system of In this proposed
task management is system we can
manual. implement all work
digitally.
The project supervisor Supervisor reviews
gives task to student students work &
manually. updates project
related data.
Keeping track of when Supervisor keeps
the student turned in track a student’s
their work makes it completed work that
difficult to remember entered in to the
which student system at a specific
19 completed the task time .
when.
Conclusion
The program has been designed and
developed to be online.
This software provide services for
individuals and also groups.
My project originated as a user friendly and
easy to use project task management
system that anyone can start using right
away.

20
Future Work
The most important that must be
completed is the need to create a web site.
The further modification of the project is to
create or expand the system in such a way
that it can be used at various institute or
organization levels.
 It can be extended to more security. Using
various levels of authentication and
verification.
