(FSIS) was established.

System (FSIS) is an advanced online
platform that simplifies obtaining Fire
Safety Certificates and Clearances.

RATIONALE
The FSIS is designed to modernize and speed
up the process of acquiring Fire Safety
Clearances. lt offers clients a user-friendly
online platform to make the application process
simple and easy. The system aims to simplify
approval, follow non- contact approach in
government dealings, boost efficiency by
including online payment processing and
provide clients convenient experience by
ensuring that approved certificates are secured
and can be released digitally. This online
feature contributes to timely, efficient and
modern handling of fire safety clearance
FSIS SYSTEM
OVERVIEW
PURPOSE
The purpose of this initiative is to institutionalize the
use of FSIS to streamline the issuance of BFP
Fire Safety Certificates and Clearances. By
creating and maintaining a unified, reliable, and real-
time database for establishments, as well as for Fire
Code Fees collections and other BFP issuances, the
system will enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Additionally, a secure online payment facility will be
established for the collection of Fire Code Fees, taxes,
and fines. This system will enable authorized BFP
personnel to monitor and enforce fire safety
regulations more effectively while offering BFP clients
a user-friendly and transparent process for securing
necessary certificates and clearances.
