IN CASE OF ERRORS/ MIX-UPS


• In case rare administrative errors of the likes of receiving someone else’s
diploma, please do not disrupt the session. Kindly receive it and move on and
please be assured that your diploma will be duly delivered to you before the
convocation ends
• Don’t pass your medals/ diplomas amongst the audience after receiving them
Code of Conduct
• Students are to remain seated and are not permitted to leave their seats for the entire
duration of the Convocation.
• Guests/parents are not allowed to move out of their seats or go close to the stage to
click any photographs.
• However, guests/parents are allowed to click photographs sitting in his/her chair.
• Guests/parents should not move around or stand up to take photographs during
award of diplomas.
• Only official photographers will be clicking photographs of all students. These will be
made available to the students later.
• Guests/parents are permitted to move to the back side (away from the venue) or
leave.
• Eatables/water bottles are not allowed inside the venue.
Post Convocation
• High tea shall be held at the Football Ground.

• Students can collect photographs at Chaitanya Ground Floor.
